The motorist of a traveler van was discovered crushed to death in between the open motorist’s door and a structural assistance at a car park early the other day.
The body of Prasert Jenchad, 50, was discovered half-in, half-out of the Bangkok-Pattaya van at a shopping center in South Pattaya in Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri, about 12.30 am.
The body was squeezed in between the open motorist’s door and a steel pole supporting the parking area roofing. His upper torso rested inside the taxi.
Cops contacted us to the scene reported the equipment lever remained in neutral. It appeared the van had actually moved, trapping Prasert versus the pole as he was either going into or leaving the lorry.
Another van motorist, Somsak Songsook, stated the van had a transmission issue, and he believed that was the reason for the deadly mishap.
