A female under the impact of alcohol was struck and hurt by a passing motorcycle on Pattaya 3 rd Roadway, the night of June 6.
The victim, Nipaporn Sarasin, 40, remained in a greatly inebriated state as policemans offered emergency treatment prior to carrying her to Pattaya City Healthcare facility for more treatment.
The motorcycle chauffeur, Nattakit Binyamat, 19, who was likewise hurt in the crash, informed authorities that was driving to satisfy good friends on 3rd Roadway in North Pattaya, when the inebriated female unexpectedly encountered the roadway. Not able to brake in time, he hit her. He was sent out to Banglamung Healthcare facility for treatment of his injuries.
Cops will wait up until both celebrations are well sufficient to take their declarations for more legal action.
