PATTAYA, Thailand— Authorities intervened in a heated run-in in between a bike cab driver and a group of Bolt app riders. The event took place in front of the Pattaya police headquarters on October 31.
In the video footage, the Bolt group was seen trying to approach the bike cab driver strongly, with among them wielding a beer bottle. In reaction, the cab driver displayed a knife for self-defence. Another bike cab driver parked close by, noticing a prospective danger, reported the scenario to the authorities who promptly stepped in, taking both celebrations into custody for more examination and legal procedures.
