The genuine owner of Mountain B club, Somyos Panprasong, gave up to cops on Tuesday in connection with the dreadful fire there on Aug 5.

Mr Somyos, 55, was charged with recklessness, triggering deaths and injuries, and opening and running a home entertainment place without authorization. He at first rejected the charges.

Mr Somyos was being held by cops for questioning.

To date the blaze has actually declared 19 lives, with a lot more clients experiencing important burns.

The Pattaya Court on Monday provided a warrant for the arrest of Mr Somyos, cops stated.

The warrant was provided after cops acquired strong proof that Mr Somyos remains in reality the owner of the club, which was run by his kid Pongsiri Panprasong, 27.

A group of cops were supposedly sent out to Mr Somyos’ home in Sattahip on Tuesday early morning.
