PATTAYA, Thailand— On January 19, Rattanachai Sutthidechanai, the certified professional agent of Pattaya, invited a group of 90 trainees from the Professors of Liberal Arts, Surin Rajabhat University led by Vice President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jirayu Sapasin.
The Professors of Liberal Arts, Surin Rajabhat University, arranged this instructional expedition with the objective of studying the administration of Pattaya for federal government authorities. Rattanachai functioned as a speaker on the subject of “Smart City Administration”. The session offered a chance for concerns, exchanges of concepts, and sharing of understanding and experiences for application in the future.
