A procession of modern art entitled ‘Chiang Rai 2023 Art Carnival’, developed by artists and neighborhoods from 18 districts in Chiang Rai province, is arranged to happen on 19 November 2023 at Chaloem Phra Kiat Clock Tower on Banphaprakan Roadway, from 17.00 hr onward.
The Chiang Rai 2023 Art Carnival targets at promoting Chiang Rai province as the host of Thailand Biennale 2023, which will highlight art work by 60 artists from 21 nations, from 9 December 2023 to 30 April 2024, at numerous locations around Chiang Rai. ( PRD)
