PATTAYA, Thailand— A guest boat bring 29 individuals, primarily Russian travelers, capsized off the coast of Pattaya on the night of December 23, stimulating a huge rescue operation by authorities and marine groups.
The boat, a catamaran called “Ocean breeze”, was on its method back from Koh Larn Island when it slanted precariously in the rough sea.
