Pattaya, Thailand— Pattaya Mayor Poramet Ngamphichet played host to 50 instructors, moms and dads, and young trainees from Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Cambodia who remained in town to take part in the Asia Art & & Cultural BH-Lingual Trainee Exchange Program.
