College student competed for 100,000 baht in money and scholarships at the Miss Qipao Chinese New Year pageant in Pattaya.
City Councilman opened the Jan. 21 contest at the Terminal 21 mall with regional tourist authorities and mall personnel.
The pageant intended to supply instructional funds for trainees and assist spread out Chinese-Thai culture.
Anattada Chatchompoo, a trainee at Rangsit University, won the crown and 30,000 baht money. Pimsapat Tatdee from Mahasarakham University won 10,000 baht for 2nd location and Manatchanok Utarawanit of Chonkanlayanukul took house 5,000 baht for 3rd location.
