The location of previous culture minister and Pattaya mayor Itthiphol Kunplome stayed unidentified on Wednesday, as he dealt with an arrest warrant over a questionable condo advancement in Pattaya more than years earlier.
Mr Itthiphol was not seen at his home or his workplace in Bang Lamung district on Wednesday early morning.
