Pattaya, Thailand— Withaya Kunplome, President of Chonburi Provincial Administration Company, commanded the main opening event of a new 5-story school structure at Restriction Nern Plub Wan School in East Pattaya on July 19.
The building and construction of the school structure, with a budget plan of 16,999,999 Baht, was enabled through the combined efforts of the provincial authorities and the generous contribution of 6 Rai (9600 sqm) of land by regional citizens, Yafad and Mae Kaeosuwan.
