Interior Minister Anupong Paochinda anticipates elections for Bangkok guv and Pattaya mayor will be kept in May.
Gen Anupong informed the Senate on Monday that the Interior Ministry was collaborating with the Election Commission on arranging both city elections.

The cabinet would pass the required resolutions and inform the EC to reveal them, Gen Anupong stated.

In late March, the EC would reveal the elections. It depended on the cabinet whether the Bangkok gubernatorial election and the Pattaya mayoral election would be on the exact same dates, the interior minister stated.
