CHON BURI: A foreign guy was assaulted and seriously hurt in Pattaya late on Saturday night, authorities stated.
Pol Lt Col Thatsak Jiratikulchai, a Pattaya authorities private investigator, stated the event happened in Soi Jomtien 13 in tambon Nong Prue, Bang Lamung district. It was reported to him about 10 minutes after midnight.
Authorities and rescuers hurried to the area and discovered the guy, a foreign nationwide whose identity and citizenship were not yet understood, depending on a swimming pool of blood. He had actually been stabbed 6 times in the neck and upper body. He stated just that he had actually been assaulted by a pal.
The guy was confessed to a health center.
Video from security video cameras in the location revealed the guy reaching Soi Jomtien 13 on a motorbike with a pillion rider. After he stopped the bike, a foreign guy using a white t-shirt and black pants approached him and assaulted him with a knife. After the guy was up to the ground, the assailant kicked him various times before getting away on the victim’s bike.

Passers-by who saw the attack called authorities.
Authorities were searching for the assailant.
