PATTAYA, Thailand, Oct 6— In a heated conflict on board a fishing vessel off the coast of Sattahip, a Cambodian deckhand assaulted the Thai captain with a cooking area knife causing injuries to his face and hand. As quickly the scuffle was brought under control, the team promptly guided the vessel back to Samaesarn fishing pier.
Cops boarded the “Chokrattanapreeda,” fishing boat to discover the captain, Apisak Kaopong, 26, nursing knife injuries to his best temple and best wrist. Though the injuries were considered non-life-threatening, instant attention was required. The rescue group supplied initial emergency treatment prior to moving Apisak to the 10th Military Circle Healthcare Facility in Sattahip.
Lam However, 47, determined as the attacker, was captured at the scene. Confessing to his regret, Lam specified that while the vessel was at sea, he presumed the function of the boat’s pilot. The Cambodian enemy is presently in authorities custody and will go through additional questioning relating to the occurrence.
