Naval Captain Makapong Daraphan invites Cdr. A. Lozer, leader of the HMCS Ottawa MT 23 and his Canadian contingent to boost and enhance security relationships in the Indo-Pacific area.

The Canadian frigate HMCS Ottawa commanded by Cdr. A. Lozer showed up on September 29 and will stay till October sixth at Chuk Samet Port within the Sattahip Naval Base. The HMCS Ottawa comes from the Halifax-class of the Royal Canadian Navy, a recognized group of 12 frigates understood for their efficiency at sea. Accompanying the frigate is a CH-148 Cyclone helicopter.
