Pattaya, Thailand— The Peacekeeping Department of the Pattaya City effectively recovered an immersed cellphone and returned it to a traveler, after the immigrant mistakenly dropped it into the sea at Bali Hai Pier on July 7.
The officers teamed up with the Marine Security and Catastrophe Avoidance Department to perform a search operation and effectively recovered the drowned phone, much to the joy of the owner who revealed his severe thankfulness to the volunteers. Astonishingly the phone was still in working order.
