Migration cops jailed an Estonian guy desired by Interpol in Pattaya on Tuesday.

Cops stated Janno Ojaste, 39, was jailed at a home in Bang Lamung district.

The Interpol workplace in Estonia sent out a letter dated Feb 1 asking Thai migration cops to jail Mr Ojaste, who is desired in Estonia for drug belongings and called in an Interpol Red Notification provided on Jan 28.

Mr Ojaste went into the nation on Nov 10, 2017 and his visa ended on Dec 8 the exact same year. He was a long period of time overstayer.

He was turned over to Pattaya cops for legal action on charge of overstaying his visa. The Pattaya Court sentenced him to 3 months in prison, suspended for 2 years, and a fine of 4,000 baht.

Mr Ojaste would be extradited to Estonia, cops stated.
