A bike cab driver was eliminated by a shooter in Pattaya on Tuesday afternoon, cops stated.
Prathum Sa-ardnak, 47, who worked from a line at Bali Hai Bay in South Pattaya, was shot in the head about 1.30 pm by a male with a pistol.
