A homeless male passed away of heat stroke after losing consciousness intoxicated on a Saen Suk beach.
Pongphan Saingsuk, 47, was discovered about 5 hours after he died on Worn-napa Beach April 24. He had extreme sunburn.
Beach supplier Oraphan Homhuan, 33, stated the Nong Kai local was homeless and invested his days consuming rice bourbon. On this day, he lost consciousness in the sun and passed away.
