PATTAYA, Thailand— In the early hours of January 15, Pattaya cops collared a 13-year-old juvenile associated with a burglary event near Jomtien Beach Roadway. Pol. Sgt. Maj. Thatsanai Termphol was on task at a security checkpoint when he heard a traveler shouting for aid.
