PATTAYA, Thailand— In the early hours of January 15, Pattaya cops collared a 13-year-old juvenile associated with a burglary event near Jomtien Beach Roadway. Pol. Sgt. Maj. Thatsanai Termphol was on task at a security checkpoint when he heard a traveler shouting for aid. The officer immediately reacted, chasing after and detaining the young suspect who had actually taken a Redmi 12 smart phone, valued at around 4,500 Baht from a foreign traveler.
