Pattaya, Thailand — A Kuwait traveler was caught in his space as a raving fire swallowed up a nearby space on the 2nd flooring of a 4-story apartment building in Soi Sunee Plaza, South Pattaya on the night of Aug 21.
Firemens and rescue workers quickly scaled ladders, shattered windows, and utilized water pipes to splash the flames. The caught traveler in the burning structure was effectively left after the rescue group utilized specific tools to open the door.
Rachata Khunkaya, 55, the home caretaker, explained how a second-floor resident notified him to the fire. Hurrying to the scene, Rachata broke through the door, finding flames near the cooking area and closet. He right away called the fire department and emergency situation services to come to the rescue.
Cops and forensics performed an initial assessment of the properties to figure out the origin of the fire, thinking an electrical breakdown to be the cause.
