It was a dark and rainy night on September 18, when a bold burglar worn an orange raincoat targeted a coin-operated Laundromat in Soi Kho Pai 9, in South Pattaya. Within 5 minutes he burst the locked drawer and took all the coins from an automated cleaning device.
The owners of the Laundromat are troubled as they count on business to support their household.
