Mayor Poramet invites brand-new employees throughout an orientation session, presenting them to their functions, obligations, and work standards at Pattaya Town hall.

PATTAYA, Thailand— Mayor Poramet Ngampichet invited and supplied assistance to 233 recently selected staff members at an event held at the Town hall on February 1. The recruitment drive, part of the 2024 budget plan, intended to fill 307 positions, consisting of 115 mission-specific and 192 basic staff member functions.

The choice procedure, which ranged from November 13, 2023, to January 11, 2024, at first brought in 240 candidates. Of these, 233 reported for responsibility beginning February 1, while 7 people relinquished their positions.

The recruitment and visit department arranged an orientation session to acquaint the brand-new staff members with their functions, obligations, and work standards. The training covered adherence to federal government guidelines, procedures, well-being advantages, and the functional policies set by the Pattaya City administration.

Mayor Ngampichet stressed the value of devoted and disciplined service. He prompted all staff members to satisfy their responsibilities with optimal effort, ability, and dedication to preserving high requirements of discipline and efficiency.
