Nongprue Municipality in east Pattaya launched a marketing campaign on June 14, to advertise highway security by encouraging 100% helmet utilization amongst its residents.
Led by Mayor Winai Inpitak, the marketing campaign goals to boost consciousness and domesticate accountable driving practices.
