Pattaya City and the Department of Work, carried out an assessment to punish foreign employees taking part in unapproved street vending in Pattaya City.

Pattaya, Thailand— In a joint operation performed on July 20, the Policy and Preparation Department of the Pattaya City Administration, in cooperation with regional policeman and the Department of Work, carried out an assessment to punish foreign employees taking part in unapproved street vending in Pattaya City.

Throughout the operation, about 30 suppliers were questioned examined for legal files. Amongst them, 2 people were captured as foreign employees associated with offering items on the streets without correct permission. Following guideline, the foreign employees were provided a chance to provide their documents and discuss their scenario. Nevertheless, they stopped working to supply legitimate authorizations. They were sternly alerted about the major effects of taking part in unapproved operate in the nation.

The Pattaya City Administration and the Department of Work released a suggestion to all foreign employees to abide by labor laws and get the needed authorizations prior to taking part in any work activities within the city.
