Pattaya, Thailand— Mayor Poramet Ngamphichet provided the freshly finished Lan Po Naklua Parking Structure, valued at 90 million baht, to the Ministry of Financing on June 28.

The building and construction of this parking center was carried out by Pattaya City as part of a continuous advancement job. The 5-story structure, located on royal treasury land, now comes from the Ministry of Financing, intends to supply practical parking alternatives for Naklua Market visitors.

After an extensive examination to guarantee its preparedness, the structure is set to open to the general public on July 3, 2023. The parking structure will be available daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Throughout the trial duration, use of the parking center will be totally free up until a specialist is designated for its management.

Covering over one rai (17,000 sq feet) of land, the garage can accommodate 250 cars and 100 bikes on its 5 floorings. It functions as the preliminary stage of Pattaya’s Old Town Naklua advancement strategy.

Each flooring of the car-park structure consists of bathroom centers, and a modern ‘clever parking’ system to alert chauffeurs when a flooring reaches its capability.

The brand-new parking area covers over one rai (17,000 sq feet) of land, and can accommodate 250 cars and 100 bikes on its 5 floorings.
