A Russian male is thought to have actually been up to his death from a power pole in front of Pattaya police headquarters early Wednesday early morning.
The male was discovered lying dead about 3am on the walkway near a post supporting power lines in front of Pattaya police headquarters.
He had a bleeding head injury, a damaged leg and burns on his hands.
A 14-year-old kid informed cops that he was strolling with good friends when he heard something heavy struck the ground. He turned and saw a foreign male pushing the walkway, bleeding from his head.
Cops discovered burn marks believed to be from electrical wires on the palms of both hands. It was thought he had actually climbed the power pole and been electrocuted.
Cops would analyze security video camera recordings to discover what took place.
