CHON BURI: A Russian male is thought to have actually been up to his death from a power pole in front of Pattaya police headquarters in tambon Nong Prue of Bang Lamung district early Wednesday early morning.

The male, determined as Stanislav Kosogin, 38, was discovered lying dead about 3am on a raised cinder block on the path near a post supporting power lines in front of Pattaya police headquarters.

He had a bleeding head injury, a damaged leg and burns on his hands

A 14-year-old young boy informed authorities that he was strolling with buddies when he heard something heavy struck the ground. He turned and saw a foreign male lying hurt on the concrete platform, bleeding from his head.

Authorities stated a preliminary assessment of the body discovered burn marks believed to be from electrical wires on the palms of both hands. It was thought he had actually climbed the power pole and been electrocuted.

Authorities would take a look at security video camera recordings to learn what occurred.

The male’s body was required to a healthcare facility for post-mortem assessment.
