A 52-year-old Russian male was headbutted and suffered a bleeding nose throughout an argument with among the leaders of an anti-government presentation in Pattaya on Sunday night.

The event took place quickly after 6pm, when about 30 protesters collected at Jomtien beach.

The demonstrators required Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha’s resignation, the rewording of the constitution and reform of the royal organization.

At one point, while Sirawith “Ja New” Serithiwat was speaking, an immigrant approached and started speaking to the demonstration leaders. He and Narathiwat “Kane” Khamma entered a heated argument, and a battle began.

Mr Narathiwat was seen pushing the immigrant with his hands and headbutting the male in his face. The immigrant started bleeding from his nose.

Cops and authorities on security responsibility hurried to stop the battle. The Russian was provided first-aid by rescue employees. His 10-year-old child, who was by his side, was sobbing.

The demonstrators rapidly distributed.

Mr Narathiwat and the Russian, whose name was reported to be Vladislav, were required to Pattaya police headquarters for questioning.
