Policemans apprehend a Russian male who went on a rampage in east Pattaya, harming a vehicle and attempting to get into a home. The male remained in a disoriented state and had blood streaming from his neck.

PATTAYA, Thailand— A Russian male was jailed by Banglamung authorities on December 21, after he triggered a turmoil and harmed a regional citizen’s vehicle near the Restriction Nernrodfai School in east Pattaya.

The male, determined as Vladmir Dereviannykh, 38, was discovered in a disoriented state with blood streaming from his neck, using a yellow Tee shirts and black shorts. He was supposedly intoxicated and aggressive, and needed to be cooled down by the authorities before being required to the station for more coordination with appropriate companies.

According to witnesses, Dereviannykh approached a green Toyota sedan that was stopped at a traffic signal and attempted to unlock. When he stopped working, he requested for water from the vehicle owner, a regional supplier. The vehicle owner offered him water, however when he attempted to repel, Dereviannykh assaulted the vehicle, smashing the ideal front headlight and the windscreen. Observers stepped in and reported the event to the authorities.

Dereviannykh then tried to go into a neighboring home, where the house owner handled to close the door before he went into. She stated she did not see the vehicle event, however heard the sound and saw the male attempting to enter into her home.

The authorities are presently collaborating with Pattaya City for more support and examination. The vehicle owner and the house owner are anticipated to submit charges versus Dereviannykh for the damage and disruption he triggered.
