PATTAYA: A Russian couple were apprehended and fined for making love on Pattaya beach in broad daytime on Saturday.
Traveler authorities stated that they apprehended Roman Grigorenko, 26, and his partner Daria Vinogradova, 19, on the beach at about 3.30 pm on Saturday after they were seen making love.
They were given the Pattaya police headquarters and charged with performing an awkward and adult act in public. They were fined 5,000 baht each — the greatest possible fine for the offense.
Traveler authorities stated that both travelers were intoxicated. While strolling along the beach, they didn’t see any person in their instant area and began to make love, they stated.
