China and Thailand are holding ‘Blue Strike-2023’ joint marine training in Chonburi and in the Gulf of Thailand September 1-10. The main opening event occurred at Chuk Samed Port, Royal Thai Navy Base in Sattahip on September 3.

Ministry Representative Wu Qian kept in mind that the training will cover sniping strategies, jungle survival, maritime search and rescue, and cross-deck helicopter landing.

Wu stated the training intends to enhance the coordination capabilities of taking part soldiers, improve useful cooperation in between the 2 navies, and enhance their abilities in collectively attending to local security dangers. ( NNT)
