Authorities are looking for the moms and dads of an undesirable 8-year-old kid who was discovered deserted near a cops cubicle in Restriction Nongket Yai in east Pattaya on May 11.
Namthip Permkedklang, 63, a local of the town informed authorities that about a week back, moms and dads of the infant kid pleaded with her to take their kid and provide him a house. Namthip declined, stating she had kids of her own and could not manage another mouth to feed.
The moms and dads then went to Somchai Inban another local in the area and asked him to take care of their kid while they went to purchase diapers and some milk. They stated they would return to choose him up quickly.
