PATTAYA, Thailand— Regional locals and motorbike cabby in Jomtien Beach Soi 5 helped Pattaya City Authorities in apprehending Sutthipong Jaihong, a 31-year-old vagrant, implicated of taking an electrical bike. The bike, valued at around 40,000 Baht, came from a 79-year-old Australian nationwide Terry Rasmussen, who observed his automobile missing out on after parking it in front of an oral center on Jomtien Second Roadway.

Viphada Netthong, owner of a close-by motorbike service center, acknowledged Sutthipong as the previous burglar of her 7 year-old kid’s bike. She rallied locals to help in his capture. Sutthipong admitted to the theft, specifying he meant to go back to his home town in Samut Prakan however did not have transport funds.

Authorities without delay took Sutthipong into custody, charging him with theft, thanking the neighborhood’s swift participation and fast reaction which contributed in the burglar’s arrest, highlighting the significance of public cooperation in criminal activity avoidance.
