Among the suspects jailed for offering vaping gadgets and liquid at Pattaya Tree Town sits with his “prohibited” items at the Pattaya police headquarters waiting for legal treatments.

2 minimum-wage employees were jailed for offering smokeless cigarettes at Pattaya’s Tree Town Market.

Chonburi Deputy Gov. Chaiyaphon Paepiramrat and Banglamung District Chief Pisit Sirisawatnukul led regional administrative officers to the Soi Buakhao market March 26 on a suggestion that prohibited vaping gadgets and liquid were for sale.

2 stalls were captured opening offering vape. At the very first, “Tavee”, 50, was jailed with 43 vaping gadgets and bottles of nicotine liquid. At the 2nd stall, “Kritsada”, 20, was captured with 105 smokeless cigarettes.

Kritsada stated both he and Tavee are simply low-wage clerks, paid 300 baht a day. The owners of the smokeless cigarettes and their employer weren’t there. They were charged anyhow. Cannabis is legal in Thailand. Vaping is not.
