SATTAHIP, Thailand— A troubling event unfolded on February 19 as a 17-year-old mom was caught on a 1.30-minute CCTV video footage physically attacking her 2-year-old child, and restricted her in a pet dog cage within a home in Plutaluang Sub-district, Sattahip. The stressful video footage triggered outrage on social networks platforms, triggering instant action from regional authorities.

In action to the video, Plutaluang law enforcement officer, accompanied by town headman Chanchai Nijasin and other authorities, promptly introduced an examination at the scene. Chanchai exposed that the 17-year-old mom confessed to disciplining her kid by restricting her in the pet dog cage. Nevertheless, she declared her actions were meant to discipline the kid for naughty behaviour and to get the attention of the infant’s daddy, instead of to trigger damage.

Additional examination revealed that the kid frequently had fun with the household pet dog and sometimes went into the pet dog cage willingly. The mom explained her kid as persistent, validating her disciplinary steps. Significantly, authorities discovered no noticeable indications of physical injury on the kid throughout evaluation.

The stepmother of the 17-year-old female divulged that the kid’s daddy had previous legal concerns connected to minor matters with the infant’s mom, causing their separation. She included that the young mom confessed to disciplining the kid due to viewed disorderly conduct. Consequently, the daddy shared the CCTV video footage on social networks to start legal action versus the young mom.

Pol. Col. Khomsan Kamtunkaew, Superintendent of Plutaluang Police headquarters, exposed that the kid has actually been positioned under the care of the Kid and Household Shelter in Chonburi for mental examination. The young mom, together with her stepmother and biological daddy, will go through expert evaluation and more questioning concerning the event to make sure proper action is taken.
