Although there are no weekday public vacations showing up quickly, Sunday October 29 is officially completion of Buddhist Lent. Being one Thailand’s significant Buddhist celebrations, alcohol sales are prohibited on Sunday for the entire 24 hr (midnight to midnight). Migration opening times and those of other federal government departments are not impacted.
