” Food Education: A Taste Of Culture” is the style for the fourth edition of the World Week Of Italian Food, which commemorates the finest Italian cooking know-how in Thailand from today till Nov 29.

Today’s main opening of Italian Food Week will be the “Ospitalità Italiana Awarding Event” at Gaysorn Urban Resort, Ratchadamri. This gastronomic occasion will acknowledge and license 20 genuine Italian dining establishments in Thailand and display brand-new food from Italy.

Throughout the week, devoted products will exist by 20 leading Italian dining establishments from around the Kingdom. These are: Gianni Ristorante, Galleria Milano, Mio Food & & Art, Peppina, Enoteca, Italian Osteria, Brunello, La Scarpetta, Il Bolognese, Appia, Rossano’s and La Scala in Bangkok; Portofino, Acqua, Rossovivo, La Carbonara and Bocconcino in Phuket; Da Antonio in Chiang Mai; Acquapazza in Pattaya; and Pepenero in Koh Samui.

Italian Food Week provides a chance to taste Italy’s finest white wines with worldwide well-known white wine critic James Suckling in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Erawn, Ratchadamri Roadway, on Nov 27. The occasion will include more than 100 white wines from top-tier Italian manufacturers, as handpicked by Nursing himself. Chef Martina Caruso, who just recently won the Michelin Female Chef Award 2019, will be serving Sicilian food at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok on Nov 22-23 and once again at the Banyan Tree Phuket on Nov 29-30.

The week will conclude with a charity gala supper, followed by an opera, entitled “The Taste Of Music 2019”, including tenor Fabio Armiliato, soprano Chiara Giudice and pianist/harpsichord gamer Alberto Firrincieli.
