PATTAYA: A Russian guy was conserved at a regional health center after being discovered depending on a deserted lot with extreme cuts on his arms and neck on Tuesday early morning.
Cops at the Bang Lamung station stated they were notified about an unconscious guy depending on an empty lot about 50 metres from Pattaya-Na Kluea Roadway near the Crystal Palace Hotel Pattaya at about 8am.
The guy using just black pants had deep cuts on his arms and 2 huge cuts on his neck. A damaged and blood-stained beer bottle was discovered close by. Cops determined the Russian just as Andrey and stated he remained in his 50s.
