CHON BURI: A Russian traveler smashed a glass door, entered into convulsions and after that collapsed unconscious after hotel personnel avoided him from leaping from a space terrace in Pattaya beach town in the early hours of Wednesday.

The traveler, recognized later on as Chmutov Igor, 35, was lying unconscious with several injuries on his body when cops went into a space on the 3rd flooring of Pattaya Garden hotel on Soi Na Klue in Bang Lamung district quickly prior to 1am, stated Pol Capt Chavalit Suwanmanee, a deputy criminal activity suppression chief with Pattaya cops.

Pieces of a shattered glass door were discovered spread on the bloodstained flooring.

Rescue employees and medics offered the guy emergency treatment prior to taking him to Bangkok Pattaya Medical Facility.

Ananthawee Saiyot, 55, a hotel guard, informed cops that the traveler went crazy and attempted to leap from his hotel space terrace. Hotel staffers handled to pull the guy back the terrace, however he then kicked the glass door, sustaining injuries, entered into convulsions and collapsed, the guard stated. Hotel personnel then notified cops.

It took about 10 individuals to bring him downstairs, the guard stated, since the traveler weighed about 170-180kg.
