CHON BURI: A young Finnish male was seriously harmed after falling from the 4th flooring of a little hotel in the beach city of Pattaya on Wednesday afternoon.

The male, later on recognized as Hautamaki Mikko Veu Samuel, 33, was discovered resting on the ground with head injuries and numerous swellings beside Arya Inn Pattaya on Soi Honey in Pattaya Klang.
