PATTAYA – A bar ignited and its roofing collapsed while it was under restoration on Monday. 4 individuals were saved with small injuries.

Regional cops and fireman on 10 fire truck hurried to the Muze club on Phet Trakul Roadway in tambon Nong Prue of Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri, at about 5pm after being notified of the fire.

Firemens brought 3 guys and a lady out of the 300-square-metre, one-storey structure. They choked due to smoke and got emergency treatment.

The location had just one opening, which works as both the entryway and exit. The furnishings, electrical home appliances and noise-insulation foam on its ceiling and walls enabled the fire to spread out rapidly.

The firemens at first showered water to avoid the fire at the club from reaching a hotel and an apartment close by. Locals in the area were left.

About an hour and a half after the fire broke out, the roofing of the structure collapsed. The firemens then broke through its wall and put out the blaze inside. Residence in the structure were entirely damaged. Damage was approximated at about 10 million baht.

Cops stated a professional was employed to refurbish part of the club. The fire emerged when 3 employees were inside the structure and stimulates from a welding device struck the noise-insulation foam on a wall and set it ablaze.
