PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN: Famous Chatchai market in the resort town of Hua Hin will be closed for 3 days from Monday after a brand-new Covid-19 cluster emerged there.

Hua Hin Mayor Jeerawat Phrammanee stated on Sunday the town chose to purchase the marketplace closed from Monday to Wednesday after a minimum of 30 infections were connected to the location.

He stated the workplace chose not to right away close the marketplace to enable suppliers time to clear their seafood items. The marketplace will be sanitized throughout the closure, he included.

Hua Hin is among the areas under a goverment strategy to open for foreign travelers on Nov 1. Other locations are Bangkok, Chiang Mai (Muang, Mae Rim, Mae Taeng, Doi Tao districts), Phetchaburi (Cha Am district), Pattaya and Chon Buri (Banglamung and Sattahip districts).
