PATTAYA, Thailand— Late on the night of February 16, Pattaya cops reacted to a report relating to a foreign guy displaying unpredictable behaviour in the middle of the roadway at the main crossway of Pattaya. The guy, shirtless and using just cream-colored shorts, was seen roaming aimlessly in the street, positioning a major threat to both himself and passing cars.
The officers acted immediately to avoid any possible mishaps, however experienced trouble in interacting with the immigrant due to his obvious intoxication. In spite of their efforts, significant discussion showed tough. In the interest of public security, the authorities decided to momentarily apprehend the person at the Pattaya Police Headquarters till he sobered up.
