Lifeguards conserved the life of an immigrant who almost drowned in Jomtien Beach.
Lifeguard Thongchai Tiengcharoen pulled the unconscious body of the unknown immigrant to coast near Jomtien Soi 13 Jan. 25. The guy had actually been unconscious for as much as 10 minutes and required CPR prior to being carried to Banglamung medical facility.
