Pattaya, Thailand— The Sattahip rescue system reacted to a call from a distressed mom who reported that her 7-year-old child’s legs were securely secured handcuffs. The event happened inside a leased space in Plutaluang sub-district on July 12.
Upon arrival, the rescuers saw that the young kid had actually both legs caught in handcuffs, and attempt as he may was not able to secure free of them. They right away called the Plutaluang police headquarters, urgently asking for the suitable secrets to open the limiting handcuffs. Authorities required and quickly provided the secrets to the rescuers.
The rescuers promptly released the young boy from his entrapment, bringing enormous relief to both mum and child. Luckily, the young boy was not hurt throughout the terrible experience. The mom, Rojana Saengsaikaeo, 37 and authorities were left confused regarding how the young boy got the handcuffs. However, simply in case, the authorities maintained the handcuffs for safekeeping.
