Manholes and streetlights were the order of business for a Pattaya councilman.
Dilok Thongnak had a look at the reports of a damaged manhole cover on Soi Buakhao 11 Feb. 23. Residents desire it repaired prior to somebody falls in the sewage system.
He then continued to Central Roadway Soi 14 where a regional resident determined just as “Som” grumbled about an absence of streetlights, stating it was risky.
Dilok made a note to speak to somebody about that.
