PATTAYA, Thailand— Authorities from the Shelter for the Homeless under the Ministry of Social Advancement and Human Being Security in Chonburi Province led an effort to deal with the relentless hazard of street individuals and panhandlers in Pattaya.
The collective effort including authorities from the Department of Resident Administration, Pattaya City Police Headquarters, Traveler Authorities, and Migration Authorities on February 2 concentrated on Jomtien Beach Roadway and Jomtien Second Roadway.
