Pattaya City is now holding the kite celebration on the beach in front of Central Celebration shopping center from February 24 to 28. Visitors can delight in the sensational and vibrant huge kites that can be found in various shapes and kinds varying from whales, octopuses, pandas, sharks, butterflies, and more. Kites are likewise on sales at the stalls.
The kites are now flying above the location however just up until Tuesday.
