Pattaya prepares to construct 4 monorail lines to relieve traffic jam.
It will start with a 9.9-kilometre “Green Line” path which will link the future high-speed train station to Bali Hai pier.
Municipal government provided a prepare for 4 monorail lines– Green, Yellow, Purple and Red– throughout the general public hearing.
Pattaya prepares to construct the Green Line initially, to offer travelers of the future Don Mueang– Suvarnabhumi– U-Tapao high-speed rail path simple access to Pattaya Beach.
With 13 stations, the line will begin with the high-speed train station and end at Bali Hai pier, where travelers can board boats to Koh Lan.
The very first stage (2021-2026) is the building duration for the Green Line along with the Yellow Line, which will be a dual-track rail task linking the city of Chon Buri and Sattahip district in the southern part of the province.
The 2nd stage (2027-2031) will see the building of the Purple Line, which will range from Nong Prue to Muang Pattaya 8 School in Bang Lamung district.
The 3rd stage (2032-2036) is for the Red Line, which will range from the Eastern National Sports Training Centre on Chaiyaphruek 2 Roadway to the dolphin roundabout.
